About Us
Mike's One Man Band is owned and operated by Mike Nielsen. I started operating this diner in January of 2007 after working in
and managing other restaurants.  I love what I do, everything from the cooking and cleaning to the paperwork and payroll. I've become
so attached to this restaurant and the customers and the city of Spanish Fork that I just can't imagine why I did anything different
than this before. I think we have a great menu; diverse, tasty, fast and filling - There is something on the menu for everyone's
enjoyment and always at a reasonable price. The atmosphere of Mike's One Man Band is always fun and friendly, the customers
always feel like they are as big a part of our restaurant as I am, and I wouldn't have it any other way. It's a place where everyone is on a
first name basis, our guests know the team, the team knows the guests and the guests know each other. The appeal of a "sit-down"
restaurant mixed with the self service condiments and drinks,  the unique atmosphere, the friendly faces and fast quality food, make it
a perfect place for every craving.

I am also a volunteer for the Spanish Fork Ambulance, and I'm very proud to be part of such a dedicated group of people. The
time and love these people share with their community is incredible. Training is extensive and never ending, being on call all hours of
the day and night and the compassion and caring make our ambulance crew a top notch organization.

I'm also a member of the American Legion - Post 68. Again, it is a privilege to be associated with such and elite group of people.
Spanish Fork has a great group of veterans - both with us and those that have paid the ultimate price.

Our Customers, the  City of Spanish Fork and other businesses here have helped us grow and be successful. I love the small town
atmosphere of Spanish Fork, and how our city supports the "little guy." I've never felt more welcome in any city. I've made so many life
long  friends through my associations in the restaurant, with other businesses and the city.

Cook Extrodinaire and Assistant Awesomeness
Duties include (but not limited to): Being Sexy, fighting crime and cooking the best
hashbrowns this side of Texas!
Cody has been with us since the beginning as our cook and my right hand man. He's been the creative force behind Mike's One Man Band with our advertising,
promotions and other public related activities. Cody's a great cook! He's fast and makes a great looking plate that makes people always enjoy their meal.
Rosaura
Rosuara has also been at Mike's One Man Band since the start. If you come into our restaurant and she's not there, then you better make sure we're open! She's
our busy hours cook, always. She can get food out when it's crunch time like no other. She can be a little shy at first, but once you get to know her you'll have a great
friend!
Selea
Selea has  been with us right from the start as well.  She's our cashier and also helps cooking. She's still in  high school, involved in community theater
and hand has the busy life of a teenager, so she usually works  only a few nights a week.
Rushelle
Rushelle has worked at Mike's One Man Band for over a year  as a cashier . She's always friendly and energetic and bring her great attitude with her every
day to work.
